Shipping and Payment

The following conditions apply: 

Delivery
Delivery is made only within Germany.
Shipping to other European countries is available upon request.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

• We charge a flat shipping fee of €12.90 per order.

• From an order value of €300.00, we deliver free of shipping costs.

• For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €13.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2–3 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment order).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready for pickup and provide details of collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further Details on Payment

• If you pay in advance, we grant a 2% discount on the gross value of goods.

• For payment by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 14 days.

• For credit card payments, your card will be charged upon dispatch of the goods.
