Adhesive Greases
Adhesive greases, also known as lubricating greases or tacky lubricants, play a central role in industry, where friction-intensive processes must be optimized and machine components protected from wear.
These specialized lubricants are designed to ensure long-lasting lubrication even under extreme conditions. They adhere reliably to surfaces, even under high loads, vibrations, or extreme temperatures, thereby minimizing wear and friction.

Information on Technical Sprays – Adhesive Greases
High-adhesion grease sprays are technical lubricants that form a particularly strong-adhering grease film after application. They are used to provide long-lasting lubrication for moving parts while also protecting them against wear, moisture, and corrosion.
High-adhesion grease sprays are suitable for heavily loaded or moving components such as chains, gears, joints, hinges, bearings, guides, bolts, rollers, or control cables. They are commonly used in industry, workshops, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, agriculture, and maintenance.
High-adhesion grease sprays adhere more strongly to surfaces and are less likely to be thrown off or washed away. This makes them particularly suitable for components exposed to high loads, movement, or vibration. They provide longer-lasting lubrication than many low-viscosity lubricating oils.
Many high-adhesion grease sprays are water-repellent and designed for specific temperature ranges. However, their exact resistance depends on the individual product. A suitable high-adhesion grease should be selected for applications involving high temperatures, moisture, or outdoor exposure.
High-adhesion grease sprays are primarily used on metal surfaces. Depending on the product, they may also be compatible with certain plastics, rubber, or painted surfaces. For sensitive materials, the product information should be followed and the spray should be tested on an inconspicuous area beforehand.
The surface should be as clean and dry as possible and free from coarse dirt. The spray should be applied thinly and evenly to the area requiring lubrication. After application, the grease should be allowed to flash off briefly so that a stable lubricating film can form. Economical application helps prevent unnecessary contamination.
